Garden Produce

This is the second year that I am attempting to have a small garden. There is not much of a place to have one where we currently rent, but we are putting a flower patch to good use. Instead of buying flowers, I bought tomato and pepper plants. Initially, the plants grew quickly. I thought I was going to have monsters on my hands. Somewhere along the way though, the growth slowed and almost stopped. For awhile I wondered if we would ever get anything. Well, the day has arrived! We're picking tomatoes daily, and hot peppers and sweet peppers every few days. I'm hoping to do some salsa this weekend.
